You are an Air Traffic Controller coordinating relief packages deliveries to cities in a war torn country.

Controls 

• WASD or Arrow keys to move camera
• Left click or Press the number keys to select units 
• Double tap the number keys to snap camera to unit
• Drag left mouse to draw plane's routes
• Right click on an enemy when the missile is ready to launch it

Win condition: Reach 100% National Power!

• Fill each city to the max with relief packages. 
• Destroy enemy fighter jets with missiles!

Lose conditions: Lose capital, Lose all planes, or lose more than half of the total city count.
